We may also receive aggregated analytics or fraud-detection signals from our service partners.

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

Messages & Chat Data

Messages are stored to deliver them reliably and to enable our safety team to review content when a report is filed. We do not routinely read private messages. Automated systems may scan messages to detect spam, illegal content, or policy violations. Except as required by law or described in this policy, message content is not shared with third parties.

Your right to withdraw consent

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time through your in-app settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

05

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in the following circumstances:

With Other Users

Your username, display name, profile picture, and game stats are visible to other Skeep users. Messages you send are visible to the recipient(s) of those messages. Your friends list may be visible depending on your privacy settings.

With Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party companies to help operate the Service, including cloud hosting providers, analytics platforms, customer support tools, payment processors, and moderation services. These providers process data only on our behalf and under strict data processing agreements.

With Advertising Partners

For free-tier users, we share limited data (such as device identifiers and usage signals) with advertising networks to serve and measure ads. See Section 6 for more detail and opt-out options.

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process; to protect the rights, safety, or property of SocialJam S.L., our users, or the public; or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the successor entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy.

Important

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
